Stratton McCrady is a Boston based photographer and educator with growing roots throughout New England. Theatre arts and performance photography have been paying the camera bills for several years and allowing the opportunity to pursue a broad range of photo interests. For the immediate future Stratton offers imaging services in all areas, especially featuring Performance, Head shots, and every sort of portraiture. Studio shooting is available. "My work often centers around the human being and the vast majority of my images focus on different kinds of portraiture. I honestly believe photography is about the expression of human spirit. Didn't Ansel Adams say, "there are always at least two people in every picture.. the photographer and the viewer...?" "When not thinking about or making pictures, I am usually involved with home and loved ones. I like to cook, and regularly pursue spiritual disciplines such as following RedSox baseball and attending the Episcopal Church. I could not live without music. For me, photography uniquely ties all these passions together."
